Please do not send MS Office software to prepare the print file, we cannot print these files.

Save file names without punctuation

Overprint is not welcome except. for cutting lines.

A few more important facts:

Need to add 3mm of bleed.

The preferred print file is a composite pdf saved in vector graphics according to the PDF/X-4 standard.

Recommended resolution 1:1 100dpi (super wide format), 150-300dpi (wide format), 600-1000dpi (files requiring photo quality and small format).

CMYK (ICC Profile Coated FOGRA39)

Send the PMS (Pantone Matching System) code and you will receive the shade of your choice.

You can use a proportional reduction of 1:2 (2x reduced) or 1:10 (10x reduced) for files larger than 5m.

GUARANTEE OF THE DESIRED COLOR

Our goal is to eliminate possible inconsistencies in the first place, especially if it is your design and you are reprinting the same design.

Please include the Pantone color code, and make sure that the colors are CMYK tones in the design file.

Based on this, we have prepared these privacy policy principles regarding the collection, use, publication, transmission and storage of personal data. Our activities on the Internet are in accordance with all relevant activities and the relevant legislation of the European Union and the laws of the Republic of Estonia. COLLECTED AND PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The personal data collected about the Client specified in the Privacy Terms are processed only for the purpose of providing the Service, enabling the provision of the Service, preparing Contracts and enabling the use of the Website.

Personal data is used to manage customer orders and deliver goods.Purchase history data is used to compile an overview of the purchased goods and services, to analyze customer preferences and, among other things, for the purpose of resolving consumer disputes.

The bank account number is used to return payments to the customer.

Personal data such as e-mail, phone number, customer name are processed in order to solve issues related to the provision of goods and services.

The e-mail is also used to send invoices, and the phone number is used to inform about the goods that have arrived at the parcel machine.

The online store user's IP address or other network identifiers are processed for the provision of the online store as an information society service and for online usage statistics.

LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING

Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with the customer (management of customer orders, delivery, return of goods and payments).

Personal data is processed to fulfill a legal obligation (e.g. accounting).

The processing of personal data is necessary due to the legitimate interest of the data controller.

Data processing takes place with the customer's consent for: Direct marketing purposes.

SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA

We do not disclose the Customer's personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:

-Transfer of personal data to subcontractors or cooperation partners in connection with the provision of the service, if the transfer of data makes the provision of the service possible.

-Due to the legal obligation to disclose or share the Customer's personal data (primarily for the purposes provided by law, for example, as a result of a court decision or for the purpose of preventing crimes, protecting the Customer's life and health).

-To ensure the performance of the service.

-Subject to the sale of the business, either in whole or in part, or to the reorganization of the business. In this case, we will take all necessary measures to ensure the continued protection of the Customer's personal data.

- With the aim of improving and developing the provided Service. Third parties are considered authorized processors of personal data in case of processing of personal data for the aforementioned purpose.

STORAGE AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

-All personal data collected about the Customer is stored on servers located in the countries of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

-Customer-related personal data that PIXMILL ESTONIA OÜ uses to provide services and to fulfill orders is stored for up to 10 years from the time the relevant personal data comes into Pixmill Estonia OÜ's possession, or until all claims that may be made on the surface of this personal data or in connection with it have expired. Basic accounting documents are stored for 7 years in accordance with the Accounting Act.

-Only our employees and members of the management bodies have access to the client's personal data, who have the right to use personal data only in connection with the provision of the Service and the management of the Website.

-Due to applicable legislation, we may have additional obligations to retain certain personal data.

ACCESSING AND CORRECTING PERSONAL DATA

Personal data can be viewed and corrected in the user profile of the online store or through customer support. If the purchase has been made without a user account, you can consult the personal data via customer support. If the request for viewing personal data is submitted electronically, the information is also submitted via publicly available electronic means.

The customer has the right to request restriction of the processing of his personal data if the data is incorrect or incomplete or if his personal data is processed illegally.

The customer has the right to object to the processing of his personal data if he has reason to believe that there is no legal basis for the processing of his personal data.

DELETE

To delete personal data, you must contact customer support by e-mail. The deletion request will be answered no later than within a month, and the data deletion period will be specified. In the response to the request, the personal data that will not be deleted and on what legal basis and reason will also be highlighted.

DIRECT MARKETING ANNOUNCEMENTS

The e-mail address and phone number are used to send direct marketing messages if the customer has given their consent. If the customer does not wish to receive direct marketing messages, he must select the corresponding reference in the footer of the e-mail or contact customer support.

TERMS OF SALE

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information

The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. VAT and delivery fee are added to the price.

The fee for delivering the goods depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when completing the order.

Information about the product is provided in the Webshop directly next to the product.

Forming the order

To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of product delivery. The amount of the fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or other payment solution.

The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the online store's current account.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be returned, generally within 1-2 working days. Depending on the payment method, it may take up to 7 working days to arrive.

Delivery

Goods are sent to the following countries: Estonia, Finland.

The costs of shipping the goods are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 10 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, you have the right to deliver the goods within 30 calendar days.

 

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days, except in cases that meet the conditions listed in subsection 4 of § 53 of the Tax Code. (E.g. when handing over a thing that has been manufactured according to the conditions provided by the consumer.)
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

In order to use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than is necessary to make sure of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in a way that is allowed for testing the goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

In order to return the goods, a statement of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted and sent to the e-mail address within 14 days of receiving the goods at the latest.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective item).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier of the goods within the aforementioned period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store will return to the buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.

The online store may refuse to issue refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided evidence that it has returned the item, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store does not have to refund the cost to the consumer that exceeds the cost associated with the usual delivery method.

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to an error.

The right to file a claim

The online store is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods sold to the buyer with the contract conditions or a defect that already existed at the time of handing over the item and that appears within two years from the handing over of the goods to the buyer. It is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of handing over the thing to the buyer during the first year. It is the Webshop's responsibility to refute the corresponding assumption.

In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to the address myyk@pixmill.ee or by calling the phone: (+372) 5855 9826

The online store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the delivery of the goods due to the consumer's actions or inaction (incorrect use, accident, etc.) or if it is normal wear and tear due to normal use of the item.

If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Webshop will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.

The online store responds to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.

Solving arguments

If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Review of the buyer's complaint by the commission is free of charge.

The buyer can turn to the platform for resolving consumer disputes of the European Union.
