T1 Exterior Ramp Project

Motor OÜ commissioned Pixmill to cover the exterior up- and down-ramps of the T1 shopping center façade, with the aim of creating a more unified and visually clean appearance for the building. Mesh textile was used as the solution, as it is well suited for large outdoor surfaces and ensures good air permeability. During the project, Pixmill worked closely with the Rescoval installation team.

The different angles of the T1 ramps and floors made the project technically complex, as the textiles could not be produced using standard right angles. This required precise and repeated measurements as well as continuous adjustments both before production and during the process.

In cooperation with the Rescoval installation team, solutions were developed to achieve the correct angles and dimensions for each ramp and level, ensuring a clean and visually consistent final result. The long duration of the project and the precision required for the details demanded a systematic approach and strong teamwork, resulting in a technically well-planned and aesthetically effective exterior solution.
