Printing technology
We offer large-format digital printing services on various materials. We print advertising graphics, banners, trade fair solutions, signs, stickers, textiles and special solutions for both indoor and outdoor use.
We use modern UV, sublimation, solvent and latex printers that ensure detailed results, accurate colors and durable output. These technologies allow printing on different materials according to the needs of the project.
In addition to printing, we also offer CNC cutting and finishing, which makes it possible to create custom-shaped solutions and finished products. We help choose the right material and printing solution so that the result meets both visual and practical requirements.
We provide flexible and reliable printing services from single jobs to larger projects.
UV printing
UV printing is a direct printing technology where the ink is instantly cured using UV light.
This means that the ink remains on the surface of the material rather than being absorbed into it. The result is detailed, wear-resistant and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Colors remain vivid and the surface is ready for use immediately after printing.
With UV technology we can print directly onto different board materials up to 3.2 meters wide. We widely use PVC, KAPA, composite, Dispa, Re-board, Viscom, cardboard and other boards. UV printing also allows printing with white ink, which means we can print on colored or black boards as well as on transparent boards and films. We can also produce both single- and double-sided solutions. Boards can be finished with cutting and milling machines. They can be cut to precise size, custom shapes and grooves or V-cuts can be made when needed.
In addition to boards, UV printing is also suitable for textiles and PVC banners. Thanks to our machinery we can print textiles up to 5 meters wide. It is important to remember that UV printing does not tolerate strong folding or wrinkling, so we try to roll banners during transport to keep the printed surface in good condition.
Sublimation printing
Sublimation printing is a technology where the design is not applied onto the surface of the material but transferred into the material using heat and pressure.
During the process, a special dye changes from a solid state into gas and penetrates into the polyester fibers. When cooling down, the fibers close and the color remains permanently inside the material.
Because of this, the print cannot be felt by touch. The surface remains smooth and even.
The biggest advantage of sublimation is durability. Since the color does not stay on the surface, the print does not crack or peel even when the material is folded. This is especially important for large-format textiles that may need to be transported without rolling.
The colors remain vivid for a long time and do not fade, and the print stretches with the material without losing its quality. Sublimation also does not reduce the breathability of the fabric or change its texture.
Sublimation printing is suitable for materials that contain at least 50% polyester. The best and clearest result is achieved with 100% polyester.
It is also important that the material can withstand high heat. The sublimation process takes place at approximately 200 °C and the fabric must maintain its shape and structure at this temperature. We use textiles specifically designed for sublimation.
White ink is not used in sublimation printing. Therefore, this technology is mainly suitable for white fabrics. Precise and vivid tones can be achieved on light materials. When using a colored base material, it must be considered that the base color affects the final result.
Sublimation printing is easy to recognize because the printed area cannot be felt by touch. There is no film layer or relief. The surface is exactly as smooth as the unprinted area.
